Appa Freight is based in Frederick, Maryland, founded by the current owners to provide specialist transportation and logistics for abnormal loads in the USA. The Company soon extended services offered to general freight forwarding and project forwarding in response to customer requirements. The increasing demand for multi-modal freight options molded the business into the Company that you see today, a reliable one-stop shop for all your business’ transport needs, including import or export. More recently long wheel base vans have been added to its own fleet to provide rapid, same-day and next-day transport to businesses across the UK and US.

The Company has established working relationships with trusted partners and agencies around the world, many of whom have been with Appa Freight from its inception. The Directors continue to build on the comprehensive network of suppliers in order to offer full global coverage and a wide range of freight options.

As with any growing business, Appa Freight continues to identify the need for personnel with a good spread of expertise. The Appa Freight team has the experience and understanding required to solve all logistical problems encountered by the growing customer base offering peace of mind to customers.
